To make a payment with your credit card, just fill out the amount below and click 'Make a Payment'. You'll be taken to PayPal's Website, where you can complete the payment to me safely and securely.
If you miss more than one session without notice, I have the option to request that you prepay your next session within 48 hours before your appointment to confirm.
Billing Policy Effective January 1, 2024
- There will be at least $100 dollar cancelation fee for any session canceled without 24 hour notification or when there is no call to cancel session.
- The session will be charged to your credit card on file or will be due within 7 days of the schedule appointment.
- All phone calls that are over 15 minutes will be billed at $125 per 30 minutes.
- Please note, that I cannot bill insurance for canceled visits.
