I customize my therapy to fit your needs and goals. I am culturally centered in my approach working with clients to ensure that I respect your cultural customs and religious/spiritual beliefs in our work. Your cultural heritage and religious/spiritual exposure and practices are a part of who you are today. In the same manner, your health includes your mind and body so I encourage you to attend to your mind, body and spirit.
